The Management Team

The Executive Director of Social Work reports to the Social Work Committee.

The Executive Director’s role is to be responsible for implementing the overall strategy under which the services operate, to have overall managerial responsibility for the services and for the quality and standards of social work practice and the level of provision made.

There is a team of service managers who report to the Executive Director who are responsible for their own service and have a complement of staff who work at each service. The terms of reference of the Service Manager Team (SMT) is set out in Appendix 2 of this document. The SMT meets each month.

There is also a group of people including the Finance and Operations Manager, the Business Support Manager, the Executive Assistant and the Fundraising Manager who assist in the provision of the services.
